30-storey towers near the light railroad in Jerusalem

Planning Administration approved the proposal of Jerusalem Municipality to incentivize entrepreneurs to build lots near light railroad routs, through increased building rights. This means that instead of “only” 18 floors, it will be possible to build towers up to 30 floors, depending on the size of the plot, character of the neighborhood and willingness to developer release of land in the public interest
